Interim Support
Bringing together 30 years of fundraising expertise in public fundraising/individual giving, with over 20 years leadership experience along with being a qualified coach, trainer, Four Seasons Model™ practitioner and mentor with The Elischer Foundation to help organisations and their people to thrive through interim support.
I take a coaching approach (not surprisingly 😊) to my leadership through active listening and asking powerful questions that unlock a person’s potential and spark positive change. Putting individual wellbeing at heart of decision making while keeping a firm focus on the vision for the charity, team and individuals.
