The Four Seasons Model™ is a very simple behavioural profiling tool that is loosely based on the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung.  Helping organisations, teams and individuals to understand how different people like to be and how they like to behave in different situations.

Hi, I am Sarah Tite and a believer that every problem has its solution.

Over the last 30 years I have built my career in the non-profit sector starting as a volunteer at Oxfam Head Office, moving to London for my first role as Fundraising Assistant at Coram. From here I worked for and led teams at charities such as WaterAid, Marie Curie Cancer Care and as Director of Fundraising and Communications at Mental Health Foundation. I am now continuing my journey as an interim leader, most recently spending 12 months as Head of Public Fundraising at the Refugee Council to support during maternity leave.

I am a qualified leadership coach, trainer and Four Seasons Model™ practitioner empowering leaders to be confident and courageous.

This model is a very simple behavioural profiling tool that is loosely based on the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. It describes four different ‘character types’, one for each of the four seasons in the year.

What each person learns from the Four Seasons Model™ helps organisations, teams and the individual to understand how different people like to be and how they like to behave in different situations. How to get the best from each of us as individuals.

All seasons are good, as it is all about what each of us bring to the party.

Understanding your own behavioural preferences and those of the people who work with you will help you to become a more effective employee and/or leader because you will be able to develop stronger and more efficient working relationships with them.

Completing the report takes as little as 10 minutes, and an in-depth session for a team can be completed in just three hours!
