One-to-One Coaching

How can leadership coaching help you and your team? 

Each tailored coaching programme provides a dedicated space to explore, in a safe and supported way, individual challenges, and the barriers to being best self.  

The freedom to express oneself openly, guided by insightful questioning and techniques, has the power to unlock transformation not just in one area but across whole life. 

I work in blocks of 6 or 12 1-hour 1-2-1 sessions every two weeks, focusing on an area identified by the coachee. Sessions can be held phone or via video conferencing.  

We will agree intentions and desired outcomes at the start of the programme which will be reviewed throughout.  With commitment to the process, these programmes lead to lasting transformative change.  We will track progress throughout the programme and I will hold the coachee to account on the actions we agree together during our sessions. 


What issues does coaching help with?

Here are some types of issues I typically see with my clients and how coaching can help: 

Overwhelm: there is a high cost when hard work slips into overwhelm, stress and frustration.  
Coaching can help reduce overwhelm by supporting people to understand what’s currently driving them, to help them set and maintain boundaries and to find tools to manage the immediate issues. 

Confidence: lack of confidence can limit potential and hamper career progression.  
Coaching can build confidence by helping people to explore the beliefs and emotions underneath low confidence and to manage energy levels and emotions. 

Relationships: knowing how to build effective relationships and have difficult conversations in a constructive way supports a positive organisational culture.  
Coaching can help people and teams to build effective relationships by exploring personal behaviours and response to others, as well as understanding others’ perspectives and drivers.
