Successful leaders are the driving force behind charities. They set the vision, inspire teams and manage the organisation through its challenges. It is essential, therefore, that we develop their skills and provide the support needed for each person to thrive, making their difference sustainably.

At the heart of my work as a women’s leadership coach is believing that everything starts when we put our needs first, when we are kind to ourselves and listen to what our own bodies are telling us.

What is the problem with our work environment? From my work with One of Many™ I have come to understand that a key barrier to women progressing into leadership is that many workplaces operate with an unconscious bias towards what can be deemed as traditionally masculine traits.
