About Anna:
Anna is a qualified ICF coach who transitioned from the corporate to the charity sector, driven by a desire to do meaningful work. She helps purpose-led women move past uncertainty and self-doubt, so they can step into fulfilling careers.

Anna was born in Poland and moved to the UK at the age of 12. After building a corporate career in her 20s, she chose to step away in 2022 and start over – first in the charity sector and then by qualifying as a coach alongside her work, both rooted by a desire to do work that felt meaningful.
Anna understands what it’s like to feel stuck in between wanting to move forward and the fear that arises when leaving what’s familiar. Having navigated imposter syndrome and self-doubt during these transitions, she brings deep empathy to women facing similar challenges.
Today, Anna is passionate about supporting women who are ready to stop living lives that feel smaller than what they sense is possible – often questioning if they’re ready, capable or qualified enough – and start feeling fulfilled in their work.
With a calming, grounding approach, she creates safe and supportive spaces where you can slow down, listen inward and reconnect with their own inner guidance. Her coaching helps women move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling confident in their decision, excited for the path ahead and equipped to take their next step.
