About Bethany:
Bethany is an experienced coach and accredited C-Me Colour Profiling Practitioner, with over 14 years of valuable experience in the charity sector. She honed her skills in fundraising working for organisations such as the British Red Cross, Wales Millennium Centre and Frank Water, securing significant funds through Individual Giving, Major Gifts, Legacies and Membership.
With a profound and personal understanding of the challenges faced in the charity sector, in 2020, Bethany trained as a coach and founded Awen Coaching sharing her knowledge and supporting others through training facilitation and coaching.
She specialises in helping fundraisers, leaders and freelancers working in the Charity Sector to overcome burnout and charities to build healthier, more sustainable working cultures. Through her coaching, Bethany offers targeted guidance and a practical approach to empower individuals and their organisations by instilling sustainable strategies that promote personal well-being, professional growth, and overall efficiency.
