About Richard
Richard has 20 years’ experience of developing people and leading successful teams within high performing organisations in a range of sectors.
Richard takes a person-centred approach to his coaching allowing clients to have the time and space to explore their thinking, be truly listened to and have their perspective constructively challenged.
His background in Learning & Development allows him to bring relevant theory such as Myers-Briggs and Transactional Analysis into coaching sessions to help give clients fresh perspectives and raise self-awareness. This is coupled with a supportive, pragmatic approach building on his experience of frontline operational roles.
